Registered Retail Sales Manager
TLWM Financial in San Antonio, TX is seeking an Experienced Retail Sales Manager that will serve as an integral part of the firm’s Growth. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our San Antonio\team in this capacity. A successful candidate will display a high degree of professionalism, will be a self-starter, have strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate an ability to engage existing clients & new potential clients.
Compensation will consist of base salary plus a rewarding commission model. We also offer a 100% Employer paid Employee Health Insurance Plan and a Company Matched 401k Profit Sharing Plan. Full Detail of other benefits offered is available upon request.
Responsibilities & Activities:
- Working with existing clients to help generate referrals for new business
- Plan Events for Sales Development including Seminars, lunches, dinners, etc..
- Help take care of new clients that are onboarded
- Consistently touch base with new prospects and former clients.
- Seek new opportunities for growth
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- MUST be a self-starter and a proven sales record
- Must be able to travel locally and domestically as needed
- Excellent attitude and relationship management skills

- An ability to handle multiple tasks
- FINRA Series 7, 66, (63/65) REQUIRED
Relationship Manager
Description:
Relationship Managers are an integral part of TLWM Financial. We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in this capacity. A successful candidate will display a high degree of professionalism, have strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate an ability to engage existing clients. This person will assume the responsibility of administrative support to the firm’s advisors with wealth management services in order to help clients pursue their stated goals.
We compensate all Relationship Managers with a base salary plus a bonus model that rewards individuals that can manage objectives and service goals. Description:
Operations Associates are an integral part of TLWM Financial. We are currently seeking a motivated individual with prior experience to join our team in this capacity. A successful candidate will display a high degree of professionalism, have strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. This person will contribute in all aspects of client service and operations. A successful operations associate candidate should demonstrate an excellent understanding of the financial services industry.
